SHIPPING
International shipments are subject to custom / import taxes which must be paid by the customer at checkout.
All shipments are shipped via DHL Express, but there could be unexpected delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses fulfilled or disasters.
RETURN POLICY
• Customers should request the return via email(help@sculptor-worldwide.com) in 7 days from the receiving date.
• Exchange is not available for international orders.
• The product that customers request for the return must be shipped back to SCULPTOR in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.
• Ordered items must comply with SCULPTOR returns & refunds policy.
• Any ordered items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, tags, polyester bag and OC print and including all the packaging provided with it to get a refund.
• SCULPTOR is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and SCULPTOR cannot proceed the refund in this case.
• If you receive an item damaged condition or if it does not quite match the description on site, please contact Customer Service team(help@sculptor-worldwide.com) as soon as possible.
RETURN
• Once your request for a return has been accepted by our CS team, PAF will issue the return label and invoice to customers via email.
• After we issue the return label, customer will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the return.
REFUND
• Refunds can take 3-15 business days, and please make sure that the refund will proceed subtracting the round shipping fee(varies by size and country), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
• In case customers get a partial return, the refund will process subtracting one-way shipping fee(varies by size and country), customs fees(calculated by local customs office) and PayPal transaction fee(4.4% of total amount of order+0.30 USD).
PARTIAL SHIPPING
Sometimes we might ship items within your order separately, as they are readied.
We will partially ship items from your order that are fully processed and ready to be shipped.
This is so you will not have to wait for your entire order to be ready before receiving any of your items.
Please note that if you wish to request a refund for any item that was partially shipped, a return shipping fee will apply.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
RESALE OF PRODUCT & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The Site sells products to retail consumers only. You shall not use the Site to purchase products for re-sale or export. In addition, we do not accept orders from any resellers, dealers, exporters, or distributors who may resell the products offered by us. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the Site and terminate the account of any user who violates this provision.
